It is the mission of this corporation to serve as a research and educational organization that formulates and promotes conservative public policies, based on free enterprise, limited government, individual freedom, traditional american values, and a strong national defense, with a focus on the state of arkansas and in turn, effectively promoting these policies to the point they are incorporated into arkansas' laws and/or regulations.

Cfc also produced and disseminated a report called "cfc's follow the money report," which educates arkansans on the various contributions and expenditures of arkansas political campaigns of elected officials throughout the state. This report furthers cfc's mission to educate the arkansas public on the interests behind where their elected officials get their campaign funding, as well as promoting transparency in arkansas government.
