Licensed wholesale pharmacyin 2024, the organization became a licensed wholesale pharmacy, expanding its capacity to distribute medications including naloxone, buprenorphine, and other critical supplies to partner organizations. Ems bup program field-based initiation of medication for oudin 2024, the organization launched a pilot ems-based buprenorphine initiation program in partnership with the california paramedic foundation and ventura county emergency medical services agency (vc emsa). This innovative program enables paramedics to administer buprenorphine in the field, reducing withdrawal symptoms and encouraging treatment engagement for individuals experiencing opioid use disorder. Training, protocol development, and data infrastructure were completed in 2024, setting the stage for expansion in 2025.

Street medicine programthe organization continued its weekly street medicine program in 2024, providing mobile, low-barrier healthcare to individuals experiencing homelessness. Operating every tuesday, the program serves over 50 patients weekly with services including wound care, medication refills, harm reduction supplies, and referrals to housing and treatment. This work enhances health equity and reduces utilization of emergency services for preventable conditions.
