To promote and expand leadership development, networking, and cooperation within the latino community in the united states of america. The organization seeks to advocate on behalf of the hispanic/latino community leadership to serve on boards and at the highest level of corporate leadership- public and private- in the united states of america; to build social capital within and on behalf of the hispanic/latino community; to inform the public on the importance of hispanic/latinos to society and the workforce; to provide thought leadership to influence industry decision makers for the advancement of hispanic/latino leaders; and to provide training and education to enhance the leadership skills of hispanic/latinos.
