Mission
The conflict resolution center offers affordable, accessible mediation, training, educational and facilitation services throughout santa cruz county. Crc supports people in finding satisfying solutions to difficult problems through mediation and training programs.
Programs

Community mediation program: offering mediation and conflict coaching for families, partners, housemates, landlords/tenants, neighbors and neighborhoods, schools, organizations, associations, and consumer/business disputes.
Public workshops: open-enrollment workshops, offered throughout the year. Workshop topics include conflict resolution skills for work and life, mediation skills for supervisors, building better meetings, de-escalation of conflicts, and 40-hour community mediation training.
Workplace mediation and training: providing tailored, skill-building workshops and mediation services to help owners, managers, and employees reduce and manage conflict.
