Connect ed ny, inc. Serves children through young adulthood and their families who are struggling with the most basic of needs such as food and housing insecurity to complex medical/behavioral/mental health conditions all of which create barriers to academic success. Connect ed ny, inc. Will work closely with government agencies, community based organizations and school districts to serve these students and families through a robust community school model called connected community schools.
