Negotiate/mediate labor disputes: as disputes arise concerning working conditions or the manner in which work is performed the executive committee will mediate as required.

Scholarships: scholarships are awarded by "baps" to students of the bristol public school system. The scholarships are awarded in may or june in association w/ the guidance department. They are non-cancellable.
