Mission
Provision of high quality legal services to low income persons with psychiatric disabilities. Ct legal rights project, inc. (clrp) advocates for low-income individuals in institiutions, and in the community who have, or are perceived to have, psychiatric disabilities. Clrp promotes initiatives that integrate clients into the community and respect their freedom, dignity, and self-fulfillment.

Housing advocacy program provided free legal counsel and representation to 58 indigenent clients of the department of mental health and addiction services. Whether through requests for reasonable accommodation or defense in eviction cases, clrp was able to assist all these clients in keeping their housing or having access to housing, thus providing a stable basis for clients to continue their mental health recovery.
