Connecticut Public Broadcasting Real Estate Holding Company Inc

The nature of the activities to be conducted and the purposes to be promoted or carried out by the corporation are as follows:to be organized and operated at all times exclusively as a non-stock, charitable "supporting organization" as described in sections 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended ("code") for the following exclusive purposes:(a) to support, benefit and assist connecticut public broadcasting, inc., which is a tax-exempt organization under code section sol(c)(3) and a public charity code section s09(a)(2);(b) to hold, manage, operate, insure, lease, and otherwise administer real and personal property for the benefit of connecticut public broadcasting, inc.; and(c) to engage in any other lawful activity that is exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of connecticut public broadcasting, inc.
