Consejo hispano is committed to resilient, prosperous and powerful latinx communities in which people and families thrive. The organization aims to ensure community well-being by making sure that latinx families can provide for themselves, build intergenerational wealth, and stay connected to our culture.

Financial empowerment: consejo hispano provides individuals and families with access to free tax preparation services, financial literacy workshops, and one-on-one support to improve financial stability. The program helps participants understand budgeting, credit, savings, and tax filing requirements, with the goal of increasing financial knowledge and confidence in managing personal and household finances.
Workforce development: consejo hispano provides culinary training and employment support for individuals pursuing careers in the food industry. The program includes hands-on instruction, food safety certification, and guidance for starting or growing food-related businesses. Participants receive practical tools and resources to help them enter the workforce or advance professionally in food service and entrepreneurship.
Womens leadership and support program: consejo hispano provides peer-based learning, mentorship, and personal development opportunities for women seeking to strengthen their confidence, skills, and community engagement. The program includes workshops, facilitated discussions, and resource navigation focused on goal-setting, communication, and leadership. Participants build supportive networks and gain tools to pursue personal, professional, and family well-being.
