Summer House is a nonprofit focused on expanding access to enrichment and educational opportunities for students in under-resourced communities. Consilium provided strategic guidance to help Summer House transition from a grassroots initiative into a more structured, scalable organization. Activities included: * Leading a strategic planning process to refine the organization's mission, vision, and theory of change. * Supporting the development of an operational framework to guide program implementation and community partnerships. * Providing recommendations for long-term sustainability, including staffing, funding models, and evaluation practices. Consilium's work in this area was designed to promote emotional wellness, strengthen relationships, and prevent burnout among those who lead and serve others. Key services included: * Free Individual and Couples Counseling: Licensed counselors and trained professionals provided confidential mental health support to individuals and couples serving in ministry roles. Counseling sessions addressed a range of issues including anxiety, depression, vocational stress, trauma, and marital strain. Services were offered both virtually and in person, depending on client preference and location. * Marriage Workshops and Retreats: Consilium hosted interactive, research-informed marriage enrichment workshops tailored specifically for those in ministry.
