Constructing Hope Pre- Apprenticeship Program

Adult programencourages self-sufficiency through a skills training and education program for justice impacted individuals, people of color and low-income adults.facilitates permanent job placement for program graduates to increase economic stability for families and the community. Provides qualified workers with real world work experience and skills training as graduates complete the training program. Engages in community development projects that promote families and home ownership as a long-term goal.

Community construction programconstructing hope has a contract with worksystems inc. (wsi) to provide workforce development services through wsis community construction training program (cctp). The cctp program is designed to increase diversity in construction careers and invest in boli-registered pre-apprenticeship training programs that increase the pool of qualified candidates that possess the skills necessary to gain entry into registered apprenticeships and be retained as registered apprentices.

Summer youth programprovides teenagers with the opportunity to learn about the construction industry.
