Top notch is an association of diverse construction employers and labor organizations partnering to coordinate the interests, goals and efforts of the union construction industry. Our mission is to market the work product of the union construction industry and to promote our clients to our clients' customers. As the leaders of our industry, we are skilled on principle, union by choice.
