Contra Costa Ballet Foundation

Founded in 1974, the contra costa ballet foundation is a not-for-profit organization whose goal is to foster and develop the art of dance in contra costa county. The organization supports lecture demonstrations, scholarships, and a regional company which offers a performing outlet for aspiring young dancers in an atmosphere of professional excellence, and to acquaint, educate and enrich audiences of all ages. The foundation sponsors two major productions annually - story of the nutcracker and a spring repertory.
