Convivial Communities Inc

The corporation is organized and will be operated for charitable and religious purposes in accordance with section 501(c)(3), specifically to support its supported organization. Convivial life, inc. Will further its exempt purposes by (i) benefiting and performing the functions of its supported organization through the centralized management and administrative services the corporation provides and (ii) furthering the supported organization's exempt purposes by freeing its resources and allowing it to concentrate only on providing services to its elderly residents, rather than high-level management and administrative functions.
