Community development: provided funds for the improvement of community service facilities, medical facilities, industrial parks, and other outdoor classrooms. Land management: contributed funds to projects concerning the production of food and energy crops, including the installation of plasticulture gardens. Water management: provided funds to promote the conservation, use and quality of water; the mitigation of floods for flood control structures and conducted 11 projects that promote this issue.
