To enhance the leisure time of residents and to provide facilities for participation of the residents in activities such as swimming, tennis, exercise, card and board games, discussion groups, and fitness classes.

To provide areas for those individuals or groups of members who wish to have the opportunity to pursue various lifestyle interests such as acting, dancing, singing and personal education and enlightment opportunities.

The association organizes and presents movies twice a week (at no charge to the residents), and professionally produced and performed shows, both on- site and off-site, on a cost recovery basis.
