To promote and support, on a not-for-profit basis, athletics at Corning-Painted Post High School, therby (i) providing opportunities for youth to develop and enhance their athletic skills, (ii) encouraging the development of positive character, sponsorship, and teamwork, and (iii) combating juvenile delinquency.
