Corporate care of the sioux empire exists to provide intentional employee care that positively impacts the workplace, while reaching beyond the workplace. We build trust-based relationships at the employees pace. Journeying alongside employees as they voluntarily seek to move out of their brokenness into wholeness. Hoping that they experience the transforming power of jesus christ. Corporate care strategizes with workplace leadership to foster an environment of mutual care and service both inside and outside the workplace. Corporate care provides short-term, on-site pastoral counseling to employees who wish to use these services. The organization helps employees address issues in their personal lives that may be adversely affecting their personal well-being or work performance.
