Conference - in-person events in tucson and indianapolis brought together 700 attendees for education, networking and industry insights.

Certification - the association concluded the process to update its certification program for the certified corporate housing professional exam to better position the credential and to provide an updated structure to align with industry changes over the last two decades. As of 12/31/2024 the association had 144 certified professionals.
