Mission
Cchs is a comprehensive family and child development program committed to providing quality services that support and nurture the families we serve. Our work connects through our community as we prepare our families and children for a successful future. In doing so, we benefit not only our families but our broader community as well.
Programs

The early head start program is a federally funded, community-based program for low-income families with infants, toddlers, and pregnant women. Its mission is to promote healthy prenatal outcomes for pregnant women, to enhance the development of very young children, and to promote healthy family functioning. This program served 64 children and their families during the fiscal year 2023.
The early childhood education program is a state funded grant awarded to preschool programs who are required to provide comprehensive services that support a child's growth and learning using developmentally appropriate practices. This program served 38 four-year-old children and their families.
Cchs also has expenses related to a usda program, coronavirus relief, and corporate activity
