Conferences: caep coordinated an in-person conference and a virtual workshop during the year ended june 30, 2024. These conferencing activities are intended for those in the education field, predominantly education preparation providers, offering sessions regarding caep's accreditation process. For the year ended june 30, 2024, the in-person conference had 820 participants and the virtual workshop had 278 participants.

External relations and outreach: external relations expenses include funds for servicing and maintaining state partnerships through various activities, such as staff travel, convening regularmeetings of state partners, and other associated outreach activities.
