The Council on Aging provides essential services to our senior community through an integrated network of programs working together to fulfill our clients' needs. We currently have 12 programs including: Meals on Wheels, Senior Dining Sites, Information and Assistance, Daily Money Management, Trusts & Conservatorships, Family Justice Center Advocacy, Mental Health Peer Support, Senior Social Clubs, Drive up, Pickup meals Pearls, Senior Newspaper, and Senior Games.

Our Community Dining serves on-site nutritious meals at senior centers and senior housing sites in Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, Sonoma, Windsor, Rohnert Park, and Healdsburg. We serve heart-healthy, no added salt and low-fat meals providing one-third of the recommended dietary requirements for seniors. The goal is to provide a nutritious meal while encouraging socializing through food, fun, and conversation. We also provide ongoing nutrition education to our active aging community.

Case Management: This program provides an individualized care plan which seeks to reflect and preseve the senior's values and lifestyle choices while maximizing opportunities for positive change and maintaining quality of life.

Other program services include trust management services, adult day care services, volunteer services, information and referral services, elder abuse advocacy, housing and other program services as necessary.
