To promote inter-town friendships between public school juniors and seniors in fairfield, weston, wetport, and wilton, ct. By providing formal dances which enable them to socialize. These formal dances also help to instill social graces. The dances were established in 1938. The dances raise money that id distributed to organizations in fairfield county connecticut which benefit adolescents.
