Revenue from this program directly supports covellite's operational costs, helping keep ticket prices accessible and funding ongoing building improvements. The program is operated by trained staff and volunteers, ensuring responsible alcohol service and providing an enjoyable, social atmosphere that enhances the live entertainment experience.

Event rentalscovellite theatre served as a unique historic venue for 15 private events in 2024, including weddings, nonprofit fundraisers, business conferences, and community gatherings. These rentals benefitted approximately 1,500 participants and generated critical earned income that supports covellite's nonprofit mission. The venue offers flexible spaces including a 250-seat main theatre and a 150-capacity lounge providing a vital gathering place for diverse community uses while preserving an iconic butte landmark.
