Covenant Community Inc

In FYE 9/30/24, the Sterne House, an apartment building with four two-bedroom/one- bath apartments acquired on 12/14/18 through Sterne House LLC, provides an interim housing option for the men who have successfully completed the program at Covenant Community. It allows them to save money and transition into independent living. It averaged 7 tenants each month.

During FYE 9/30/2024, Recovery Resources of Atlanta Midtown (RRAM), a Recovery Community Organization (RCO), had approximately 1,852 visits each month, a total of 22,222 total recurring participants for the year, participating in services ranging from peer support, housing assistance, transportation assistance, and financial literacy for people experiencing homelessness and recovering from substance abuse.
