Cowboy Lawyers Association

The california lawyers association is a california nonprofit mutual benefit corporation that is a private social club for lawyers and judges who like to camp and horseback ride. The corporation is a tax exempt social club under the provisions of secion 501(c)(7) of the internal revenue code of 1986. The club owns no property, it has no employees, and it pays no compensation to any directors or officers. All of the clubs receipts are used to fund club and social and recreational activities
