The artists creative fund (acf): the artists creative fund provides funding, visibility, and professional development to artists and creatives living in tulsa, oklahoma. Funded by the george kaiser family foundation and the tulsa community foundation, the program is managed by cache, which oversees the initiative as a whole. Through 20 project-specific awards of $10,000 each, a diverse group of artists is invited to test ideas, explore collaborations, and build skills while generating new creative work.
Communications resources, training, consultations & promotions: the communications programming of cache focuses on providing a series of resources for creatives and creative nonprofits, including an artist directory, regional arts and culture event calendar, a rolling list of current grant and opportunities and a media list. Cache also hosts a biennial communications professional development conference aimed at strengthening community building and communications skill development.
Cache is an arts organization that helps creatives and arts organizations become stronger and more influential within their communities. Our work unfolds across three mutually reinforcing phases: research, develop, and convene. Research: we assess existing creative ecosystems to determine gaps and engage in data storytelling of findings to support public awareness and action. Develop: we provide multi-year and methodical professional development of artists, arts, and art support organizations. Convene: we host an ongoing series of curated convenings aimed at specific creative audiences.
