The goals are to: (1) create an environment where artists of all kinds can live and work in haverhill; (2) raise visibility of haverhill as a tourist destination in essex county; (3) attract citizens of haverhill to the downtown center; and (4) encourage development of market rate housing through creative economic development and cultural amenities.

Take a forgotten building and bring it back to life. Fill it with children, adults, and lots of creativity. Create spaces to show the artistic talents of our community, to inspire new artists, to educate, to see our neighbors, and to make new friends.
