The largest portion of our retail loan portfolio is made up of first trust deed loans. The credit union had $256,229,969 in retail first trust deed loans as of 12/31/24. They represent 35% of our loan portfolio and 31% of our total assets. The average yield on these loans was 3.46%.

The credit union had $310,705,917 in outstanding first trust deed loans to churches and ministries as of 12/31/24. They represent 43% of our loan portfolio and 37% of our total assets. The yield on these loans was 4.50%.
