Crest Street Community Elderly Housing Corporation

The not for profit corporation was organized to own and operate a 45 unit apartment community in durham, north carolina, known as new bethel homes for the elderly. It operates under section 207, pusuant to section 223(f) of the national housing act of 1959 and has entered into the standard fha regulatory agreements governing the operation of the community. A housing assistance payment contract with hud provides rent assistance for low income housing families.
