To help victims prevail over the trauma of their victimization by assisting and advocating for safety, healing, justice, and restitution.

Allen County Court Advocacy - Provides assistance in juvenile, misdemeanor, and felony cases for victims safety, healing, justice, and restitution needs. Provides advocacy through the criminal justice process and assures victims rights in Allen County.

Putnam County Court Advocacy - Provides assistance in juvenile, misdemeanor, and felony cases for victims safety, healing, justice, and restitution needs. Provides advocacy through the criminal justice process and assures victims rights in Putnam County. Provides a twenty-four hour crisis line and domestic violence services in Putnam County.

Prevention - The Prevention program seeks to cultivate a community free from violence and oppression. Our primary focus is providing culturally appropriate educational curriculum to youth and adults in our community with the express purpose of preventing relationship violence and cultivating a culture where consent and respect for one another is a central tenet.

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) - CASA are trained volunteers appointed by a judge to speak up for the best interests of an abused or neglected child. The ultimate goal of a CASA volunteer is to help make sure the child has a safe, permanent home.

Child Advocacy Center - The Child Advocacy Center provides a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary, community response to individuals and families affected by abuse. The Child Advocacy Center is a result of the shared vision of Allen County agencies and partners committed to providing the best possible care to victims of sexual abuse and non-offending family.

Elder Victim Ministry/Volunteer Guardian - Provides assistance to individuals aged 60 and over that are victims of abuse, neglect, scams, ID theft, exploitation, and assault. Volunteers provide emotional, spiritual, practical, and financial help. Volunteer Guardian Provides trained, committed volunteers for adult victims deemed unable to make important life decisions while ensuring their safety, dignity, and quality of life.

Agency Support - Provides programs within the agency with administrative, agency-wide services, particularly in finance, human resources, IT support, and other areas not identified with a specific program.
