Affordable Housing: CCFF is to provide affordable housing to those in need. Those individuals and families will be chosen based on their income (a packet for individuals and family's income breakdown will be coming shortly). The types of affordable housing provided by CCFF will include: new construction, purchased single family homes and multi-family housing units. Assistance for Utilities: CCFF will create a fund to help those in need to pay their utility bills. Utility bills are to include electric and heating. CCFF will also point those in need to other nonprofits and government assistance programs. Financial Education CCFF will develop and implement financial education programs for those that use our services. We feel providing a proper financial education will give our clients a better opportunity at succeeding in life. Substance Abuse and Alcohol Treatment: Being clean and sober will be a part of CCFF's Residential Agreement. We will help get those that require assis
