Crusader Dads Inc

The Corporation is organized and shall be operated for the purposes of: (i)establishing a group of fathers to build relationships and camaraderie with, and educate, one another as to the needs of St. Clare School, Staten Island, New York, all to promote and foster the wellness of St. Clare School and its parish and church community, and promote school spirit and improvement; and (ii) subject to the limitations set forth in the Corporations Certificate of Incorporation, engaging in any and all other lawful acts or activities, and exercising all such powers, rights and privileges applicable to not-for-profit corporations organized under the NPCL, in furtherance of accomplishing the foregoing corporate purposes.
