Ct Support Foundation

The nonprofit corporation is formed as a "supporting organization" (an entity contemplated by Section 509(a)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended) with the intention that it will exist and operate exclusively for the benefit of Navigator Corporation by assisting Navigator Corporation's exempt purposes such as undertaking certain activities that are expressly prohibited for Navigator Corporation to engage pursuant to the National housing Act and the administrative guidance Issued pursuant thereto. Navigator Corporation owns and operates a subsidized housing facility for the elderly called 'Christopher Towers' in Columbia.
