While education is essential to thrive in todays economy many gifted students cannot afford to pay or take out loans for college. We seek to support these students by giving them full scholarships that cover their tuition housing and other educational costs doing so honors Phillips legacy who like us was transformed by his experiences as a college student at Texas Tech.
