Homebuyer education and counseling program: the culinary and bartenders housing partnership offers homebuyer education and couseling. The objective of this program is to create informed, educated and responsible homebuyers. Approximately 868 participants received homebuyer education and 190 participants received one-on-one homebuyer financial counseling.
