Mission
Cultivando's mission is to cultivate community leadership to advance health equity through collaboration, advocacy and policy change. Cultivando is a leadership, advocacy, and capacity-building organization that works in collaboration with latino community leaders and with agency partners. Our work includes culturally relevant training, building collaboration and advocacy around equity, inclusion, heal and other self-identified community issues.

Fortaleza familiar is dedicated to the wellness of indigenous chicanx latinx lesbian gay bi queer trans two-spirit young people and their families in colorado. Education and support services for lgbtq+ youth and their families through on-going workshops, and mental health support.
Cultivando mi voz in collaboration with project protect food systems - the promotora training supports community leaders by cultivating their leadership, emotional health, and self-care. We also engage in collective collaboration and understanding of local systems to create positive changes for communities. Due to the covid-19 pandemic, we were able to train and support promotoras in rural areas of the state of colorado to help agriculture workers to prepare, prevent, and be safe with their families.
