The Cultural Arts Coalition (CAC) works to educate and empower the community by establishing and maintaining community oriented programs through the use of arts, culture and social awareness.

Wilhemina Johnson Resource Center - CAC is the facility manager of the community center. The center offers a wide variety of programs and activities such as the Science Club, the Science Bus, the Youth Advisory Council and the Environmental Ambassadors. Additionally the center is a source of space and resources for community members such as Three Rivers Legal Service who offers free civil legal aid and education, Working Foods, Black Farmers Association, and other community events.
Fifth Avenue Arts Festival - Is an annual festival celebrating the rich cultural heritage of a Historic African American community. The festival regulary hosts more than 20,000 people each year and features three days of performance and visual arts. The festival is part of a permanent exhibit at the Library of Congress in Washington DC and is listed in the Florida Black Heritages Trails.
