Scared spaces support (development costs/project support)to accomplish its goals, cuped currently plans to:-identify development and redevelopment projects and opportunities (e.g., affordable housing, employment and job skills training, rehabilitation of housing and commercial buildings, and beautification) in urban areas that have been designated as "blighted" by the city of milwaukee and/or other communities in which cuped operates;-prepare market feasibility and predevelopment studies, architectural renderings and surveys for development and redevelopment projects designed to retain and/or attract residents, businesses and employers to blighted urban neighborhoods; and-solicit public and private funding, sponsors, community partners, and support for the development and redevelopment projects through community forums, grant applications, and presentations to community and business leaders.
