Mission
Curry Public Transit Inc provides safe, courteous, affordable public transportation to older adults, persons with disabilities and the general public along the Southern Oregon coastal corridor and within larger Curry County towns.
Programs

Transportation Program. Only provider of demand service and Dial A Ride in Curry County OR (pop. 23,600 (est). Operates in the two largest towns and surrounding unincorporated areas, Brookings (est pop. 13,600), 6 days a week and Gold Beach (est pop. 3,500), 4 days a week. Total DAR rides were 13,173 during 3,901 hours of service and covered 47,760 miles.
Transportation Programs. CPTI's mission specifies additional service to older adults and persons with disabilities. They travel at half fare. All buses have wheelchair lifts. CPTI provided 19,286 rides to older Americans and people with disabilities. Limited medical transportation is available. 65 medical rides were provided traveling 916 miles during 109 hours. CPTI also provides passes to various community agencies for their clients, and participates in community events as requested. Part of the revenue is included in Accomplishment 2.
