Cwm Charitable Fund Inc

The primary intended purpose of the corporation is to provide financial assistance to certain employees of c.w. Matthews contracting co., inc., a georgia corporation, in times of both personal hardships (i.e. Health crisis, house fire, etc.) and/or qualified disasters. A secondary purpose of the corporation will be to donate funds (as available) to certain charitable organizations (such as united way, american red cross, and must ministries) whose primary purposes are also to assist individuals who demonstrate a need for financial assistance in times of both personal hardships and/or qualified disasters. A tertiary purpose will be to provide need based scholarship aid to certain empoloyees and their children.
