Dream awards: racing to a bright future - on april 29, 2024, dream alive hosted its annual dream awards ceremony and dinner at the indiana farm bureau football center's gridiron hall. This very special event honored the achievements of our 32 graduating high school seniors, while also recognizing local companies and individuals who had a sizable impact in our scholars lives during the 2023-2024 school year. In addition to graduation certificates, each senior received a donated laptop from bastian solutions, a pair of nike sneakers and a backpack of goodies from dream alive partners.

20th annual dream christmas celebration: on december 4, 2024, dream alive hosted its 20th annual dream christmas celebration at gainbridge fieldhouse. We hosted roughly 650 attendees and provided christmas gifts to 105 children from theodore potter spanish immersion school 74 on indianapolis' east side. Throughout november and december, dream alive scholars participated in a budgeting workshop at regions bank, a shopping day at meijer to purchase gifts for their sponsored child and a wrapping party at one of dream alive's corporate partners' office to wrap their presents. All dream christmas guests enjoyed dinner provided by chick-fil-a, music from a local dj, balloon twisting, airbrush tattoos, a 360 photo booth, retro arcade games, cookie decorating, ornament crafts and photos with santa.
