Daily Bread Inc

Outreach/fresh start program: daily bread provides individuals the opportunity to shower, receive clean clothing and other hygiene needs. In 2024 daily bread faciliated an average of 271 showers a week, a slightly over 2023. In addition, daily bread assists homeless individuals with access to medical care, partnering with brevard health alliance and needed prescriptions, partnering with a local pharmacy. With a focus on housing, daily bread assists individuals obtain the necessary documents (i.d, birth certificate) required to apply for employment/housing. Daily bread works closely with the brevard homeless coalition, ensuring the needs of homeless individuals within our community are addressed.

Daily bread meal program: daily bread serves a hot, well balanced meal 7 days a week. In 2024 47,236 meals were served.

Daily bread housing assistance program: daily bread provides assistance to individuals experiencing homelessness to obtain stable housing. In 2024 daily bread assisted 16 individuals secure housing locally and provided transportation out of the local area to 20 individuals reunifying them with friends/family and secure housing.
