Daimler foundation was formed primarily to provide support for irs section 501(c)(3) exempt organizations that promote the physical, mental and spiritual education and well-being of individuals who are interested in acquiring a deeper understanding of themselves and their place in the universe, along with other philanthropic initiatives addressing a qualified purpose that is identified as a priority for the board of directors.
