Innovation center for us dairy food safety committee - the goal of this group is to identify, document, and broadly distribute best practices in dairy manufacturing to ensure the safety of consumers by reducing pathogen risks in dairy products. This group is made up of the leadership and subject matter experts from dairy processors, owners of small dairy processors, academia, and extension professionals who volunteer their time and share their knowledge. Our stated mission is to "strengthen manufacturing practices in all dairy processing facilities and advance science-based tools to diminish food safety risks that could compromise the reputation of the u.s. Dairy industry".
