Dakota Milestones

Residential habilitation - the organization provides habilitaion services related to activities of daily living, and the social and adaptive skills necessary to enable eligible individuals to reside in non-institutional setting.

Family support - the organization provides services to families who have children with developmental disabilities living at home. Services include information and referral, transportation, advocacy at iep/ifsp meetings, education in services and financial assistance, respite and companion care services.

The organization receives funding through the sd dept of human services to provide family support to individuals southeast south dakota approximately 40 participants receive services through the program. Additionally the organization has a production program under which individuals receiving services through the organization perform services for the general public through the organization (cleaning services, mailings, etc.)
