To establish, conduct or participate in educational programs for employers & employees in the plumbing and pipe fitting industry and/or contribute to other funds. The dallas plumbing and pipe fitting industry trust fund is organized pursuant to a collectivebargaining agreement between the mechanical contractors association of dalls and the texas pipe trades for the purpose of promoting the plumbing and pipe fitting industry.
