Mission
DRC offers rowing programs to promote the sport of rowing for all levels and ages from youth to adults. Our primary focus is to empower public school students and community members to reach their greatest potential through training and education. This enables students to live a healthy lifestye foster teamwork and learn to take accountability and provide leadership.
