The purposes for which this corporation is organized are to operate a not-for-profit mutual benefit corporation for social educational and recreational purposes including the specific purposes of owning operating maintaining or leasing one or more fixed-wing aircraft for the private non-commercial transportation and general use of the corporation members their families and others as the Board of Directors may allow pursuant to the By-Laws of this corporation and other purposes as set out in the Articles of Incorporation
