To develop trust and unity among law enforcement agencies and the communities they serve; (ii) to coordinate and work with community leaders, educators, and law enforcement groups; (iii) to raise funds from individuals and entities in order to provide scholarships and outreach programs, for the benefit of the public at large; and (iv) to perform other projects and work related to building trust and communications for the benefitt of law enforcement and the communities they serve in order to improve quality of life.
